1 Response to Scripture of the Day

  1. poetopoet says:

Do you or anyone thing think our Lords words and deeds of throwing out the defiled money changers out of our Father’s House and Temple, had anything to do with money or corruption?
Jewish words from the Old Testament; Proverb 30:
30.4 Who ascended to heaven and descended? Who gathered wind in his fists? Who wrapped the waters in a garment? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is his name and what is the name of his son, if you know?
The above Proverb 30.4, in the Old Testament is a Jewish law that is further justified and warned of further in these Proverbs:
30.5 Every word of God is refined; He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him!
30.6 Do not add to His words, lest He prove to you, and you be found a liar!
God’s son name is Jesus Christ, who the Jewish Sanhedrin had Pilot crucify, in their shouts of “Crucify Him!” ”Crucify Him!” and so on, and so on in their denial of Him, to this very day, why?
This is just one of the hundreds of quotes from the Jewish Old Testament that state undeniably that God told them of the coming of His Son Jesus Christ and in God’s own words the Jews wrote down. A bit odd how clear those words of God are to some but not all money changers.
I for one as a sinner shield myself with Jesus Christ and take refuge with him as He who sent Him directed and told me.
