In America’s two hundred plus years men and women have donned a uniform and knowingly gone off to war uncertain if they would return to loved ones and home. The catalyst – freedom, liberty.
We know very little about Edward Snowden except that he has family and a girlfriend. Has he ever worn a military uniform? I don’t know, but I do know he is soldier thru and thru.
We know that he has consciously, willingly, at great risk to himself and others, made a choice to try to protect the country he loves, and it’s people. In putting his life on the line for us, he very possibly endangered his family because our government does not like whistleblowers. Hussein Obama et al will make his life one living hell if they can to make him pay for his treason to their tyrannical cause.
I salute you Edward Snowden, uniform or not, for having my back, for having America’s back. I just pray that every man and woman in America will do their best to protect him. He’s going to need us.
“My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them.”
“The only thing I fear is the harmful effects on my family, who I won’t be able to help any more. That’s what keeps me up at night,” he said, his eyes welling up with tears.
