Twitter is especially effective. Senators do not know what area of the country you are from. They cannot ignore you like they can w/email or phone calls.
Use this group to copy/paste into a tweet with a short message before the names. In that way you can tweet the whole group in a short time. Example below uses eight names at a time. You then just repeat using the next eight until you have worked thru the whole list.
